TMC SPINNING HACKLE PLIERS are a combination of the pliers and the handle bar connected by the universal joint. It keeps the hackle perpendicular to the hook shank when wrapping hackles. and also prevent a hackle from twisting or breaking. It can be used for tying from a midge pattern to a big fly. The pliers have silicon soft tip.

The short grip version for smaller flies.
